About WIC

What is WIC? WIC provides free healthy foods [4], breastfeeding support, nutrition education and referrals to services to support you and your family. |
Who Can Apply? If you are pregnant, recently had a baby, care for a child under age 5, or have experienced a recent pregnancy loss, you may qualify for WIC. |
Am I eligible? You may qualify if you have low-to-medium income [5], receive Medi-Cal, CalWORKs, or CalFresh. |
