Here is the official incident sheet for the #RoundFire from CalFire. The current incident details are as follows:
Fire: Round Fire
Acres: 7000+
Containment: 30%
Injuries: One firefighter due to smoke inhalation
Structures destroyed: 20 structures and outbuildings (preliminary count)
Cause: Under investigation
Current situation: Significant rain stopped the forward rate of the fire around 2am. Downed power lines and venting propane tanks make re-entry for residents dangerous.
Evacuations: Paradise and Swall Meadows remain under mandatory evacuation orders.
Cooperating agencies: Cal Fire, Inyo USFS, Paradise Fire, Inyo County Sheriff's Office, Mono County Sheriff's Office, CHP, LADWP, Bishop Fire, Big Pine Fire, Independence Fire, Lone Pine Fire, Long Valley Fire, Wheeler Crest Fire, SCE and CDC.
Additional information: Possible escorted re-entry for residents tomorrow afternoon or evening, depending on current conditions.
