RFP Indigent Defense Services

The County of Mono invites proposals from attorneys or law firms interested in providing indigent defense services under Contract with the County in collaboration with two other attorneys currently under County contract.  Work would commence as soon as October 1, 2023.  Applicants must active members of the California Bar in good standing.  The Request for Proposals (RFP) may be found on the Mono County website at www.monocounty.gov/, or email the address below to obtain a copy.  Proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m., September 8, 2023.  Proposals must conform to the requirements set forth in the RFP.  Please send proposals in a sealed envelope with the proposal title marked clearly on the outside and addressed to:
